Recyclables collection

Using a baler rented from us, our partners compress their waste film directly where the film waste is generated. The compact bales can be transported effectively and stored in a space-saving manner.
Recyclable Material Return
During the next delivery of new film, our Verpalin truck will take the compressed bales of used film directly to our plant on the return journey.
Recycling
With our modern recycling facilities at all our locations, we produce high-quality reclaimed materials from our customers’ old films. These are then directly recycled into the production of new films for their customers. Guaranteeing the best material properties.

The Verpa ReLease System
We offer our customers more than just film deliveries – with our service, they also receive a baler rental model. This can be installed on-site by our partner upon request – free of charge, of course. This gives our customers the opportunity to compress old film and leftover materials efficiently and in a space-saving manner. On the next delivery, our Verpa truck picks up the compressed waste film and brings it back to us. There, it is converted into high-quality granules, which we then use to manufacture new products – for a sustainable circular economy.
