Sustainability and social engagement are deeply embedded in our corporate culture. With our initiative ‘Environmental Hero meets Everyday Hero,’ we honor employees each year who go above and beyond to support the environment, society, and sustainable projects. In 2024, we are especially pleased to award two dedicated colleagues, who will enjoy several days of special leave!
Our Environmental Hero 2024: Mischa Partosch
Through several cleanup, waste removal, and tree planting initiatives, Mischa has made an important contribution to regional environmental care. His tireless efforts demonstrate how each individual can actively contribute to a cleaner and greener future.
Our Everyday Hero 2024: Dominik Höhn
Dominik is actively involved in animal protection and even used his vacation to clean up the beaches in Greece. His extraordinary commitment shows that every place offers an opportunity for positive change.
Diverse Engagement from Our Employees
This year, many employees applied with fantastic projects, including:
- Cleanup initiatives
- Organic farming with the cultivation of potatoes, spelt, and more
- Tree planting and pruning actions
- Fawn rescue
These incredible initiatives prove the dedication and passion within our team. We are proud of our employees and look forward to continuing to promote sustainable and social engagement through this initiative.
