Plastic recycling by Verpa

At the Cutting Edge of Technology

At Verpa, we rely on state-of-the-art recycling technologies to conserve resources and enable film materials to be reused again and again. At all our production sites, we recycle single-grade film waste returned by our customers and process it into high-quality granulate for the production of new products.

Preserving Resources Together

Our customers contribute by returning their single-grade film waste to us. We reward this commitment not only with attractive compensation but also by integrating these valuable materials into our production processes. Together, we reduce material consumption and minimize waste.

In addition, with our Verpa ReLease System, we create closed loops with and for our customers, contributing to responsible resource management, efficiency and cost savings throughout the entire value chain – both for us and for our customers. Zero Waste – our strategy for the future!

What distinguishes recycling from the Verpa ReLease System?

While our traditional recycling process focuses on the return and reprocessing of single-grade films, the Verpa ReLease System additionally offers closed-loop solutions. In this process, we actively support our customers by providing baling presses for collecting and returning waste films.

TOGETHER FOR ALL OF US

Whether through traditional recycling or closed-loop solutions with the Verpa ReLease System, both approaches make a valuable contribution to reducing the use of raw materials and counteracting waste through reuse.

Do you have questions about our recyclable material purchasing service or are you interested in becoming a partner in our Verpa ReLease System? Contact us, we look forward to hearing from you!
