Olaf heads our development department at our headquarters in Weidhausen and is proud to present a very special product: our fully recyclable film for roll mattresses, the thickness of which has been reduced by around half. At 60-80 µm, it is as thin as human hair, but still has extremely high strength and provides efficient protection against dust and transport damage. Thanks to the new technology, 15 kg of product is protected with just 350 g of film. This results in a packaging material share of only 2.33%! In terms of weight and CO2 footprint, it beats all other packaging options by far!
