He was also significantly involved in the development and creation of our new butter foil. What was needed was a product that was light-tight, grease-proof and tear-resistant, but at the same time folded easily. A packaging made of foil is light and fat-tight, but not foldable, while a paper packaging can be folded well, but is not suitable for butter due to the light and fat permeability. After many ups and downs, Verpa can proudly present the solution: a film that contains natural chalk and thus combines the advantages of paper and film! Clever, right?
