With Lanaé, our long-standing partner Isover has developed a new generation of sustainable glass wool insulation – healthy for indoor use, high-performing, and resource-efficient. The innovative insulation stands out for its easy handling, excellent fire, sound, and thermal protection, as well as climate-friendly production using up to 80% recycled glass and a binder made from renewable raw materials. To ensure this product is safely, efficiently, and sustainably packaged, Verpa delivers the appropriate packaging.

Packaging with 35% Recycled Content – PPWR-Compliant and Future-Proof

For the packaging of Lanaé, we use a high-quality film containing 35% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material. This already meets future PPWR regulations and makes a measurable contribution to the circular economy.

The PCR content comes from a leading manufacturer of recycled granulates, ensuring top quality, material purity, and consistent high performance – fully in line with our vision of sustainable packaging solutions for the construction sector.

High Tear Strength and Optimal Handling on Site

Our innovative packaging film offers exceptional puncture and tear resistance. It reliably withstands the compression of insulation products – whether rolled or in panels. This ensures the constant protection of Lanaé’s quality while making handling easier for installers and construction companies.

With a reduced film thickness of only 34 µm, our customers benefit from clear economic advantages, a better CO₂ footprint, and significant material savings – without compromising on protection.
