Verpa at FachPack 2024: Innovation and Sustainability in Focus

From September 24 to 26, 2024, we presented ourselves as one of the most innovative companies in the packaging industry at the international trade fair FachPack in Nuremberg. Together with our long-standing partner companies Safe Pack, Corpac Deutschland, and B. Lotz, we appeared for the first time as a network under the “Verpalin Packaging Family” banner. Under the motto “Stronger Together,” we showcased our comprehensive and forward-looking portfolio of packaging solutions — with a clear focus on innovation, environmental awareness, and resource efficiency.
With one of the largest booths at FachPack 2024, the Verpalin Packaging Family—together with Safe Pack, Corpac Deutschland, and B. Lotz—drew significant attention from numerous visitors. The spacious stand, which highlighted each company individually, provided an excellent platform to showcase the wide range of services offered by all four companies. The open design encouraged relaxed discussions about new developments and innovations. Our Airstream catering service created a friendly, communicative atmosphere where conversations took place at eye level and new connections were made. With more than 30 experts on site, we were able to share our visions and commitment to sustainable packaging solutions with a broad audience. Our booth attracted so many visitors that our team was busy throughout all three days of the fair—a tremendous success that exceeded our expectations and clearly demonstrated the strong interest in our sustainable packaging solutions.
Verpa Folie is considered a pioneer in resource-saving and sustainable film technologies. With our Verpalin brand, we offer highly optimized films that require less material while still ensuring maximum protection. As part of our sustainable vision, we created Verpalin Green Life—a product line that focuses on recycled and bio-based films. Through this, we actively contribute to reducing plastic consumption and CO₂ emissions. But our innovations go even further: with the Verpa ReLease System, we have developed a closed-loop recycling system that enables our films to be fully reintroduced into the raw material cycle—marking a real milestone in the circular economy.

Lotz upholds the same high sustainability standards by ensuring that materials are collected in a pure, sorted form after use and reintegrated into the production process.
