*Geschlossener Recyclingkreislauf* Unsere Zusammenarbeit mit dem Online-Supermarkt Picnic begeistert nicht nur unseren LKW-Fahrer Manuel! Bei Picnic können Lebensmittel einfach und bequem online bestellt und nachhause geliefert werden. Verpackt werden sie vollautomatisiert in von uns gefertigten Plastikbeuteln. Bei der Auslieferung kann der Endkunde seine Beutel von vorherigen Bestellungen wieder abgeben. Die benutzten Tüten werden bei Picnic gepresst und zB. von Manuel zurück zu uns gebracht. Verpa recycelt diese und stellt aus dem Regenerat neue Beutel her, die sich im Anschluss in Manuels LKW wieder auf den Weg zu Picnic machen. Ein perfekter Recyclingkreislauf! *Der Knaller ohne Knalleffekt* Schon aufgrund ihres Arbeitsplatzes in unserer Logistik, ist Katrin von genialen Lösungen zum Verpacken und Sichern von Waren begeistert. Besonders genial findet sie unsere Wellfolie zum Einpacken, Umpacken und Unterlegen für den Versand. Neben der praktischen Perforation ist hier die herausragende Eigenschaft, dass es eben keine, mit Luft gefüllten Kammern gibt, die aufplatzen und ihren Schutzeffekt verlieren könnten. Sondern dass durch unser spezielles Produktionsverfahren, Wellen in der Folie erzeugt werden, die dauerhaft und wieder verwendbar, sämtliche Waren bei Lagerung und Transport schützen können. Neben verschiedenen Farben, entsteht dieses Produkt bei uns auch aus VCI Material um metallische und technische Produkte langfristig vor Korrosion zu schützen. Durch den Einsatz anderer Ausgangsmaterialien, werden sogar Anwendungen mit Lebensmittelkontakt möglich. Echt der Knaller!

*Folie als Korrosionsschutz* Als Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion und Vertrieb arbeitet David Hand in Hand mit den Partnerfirmen Corpac und Safe Pack zusammen. Diese vertreiben unsere VCI-Folien für Fahrzeughersteller und Zulieferer. Interessant für diesen Kundenstamm wird die Folie durch eine Besonderheit in der Kunststoffmischung: Sie enthält eine Komponente, die Gegenstände aus Metall - wie Motoren oder Karosserien - vor Korrosion schützt! Das ist besonders für Überseetransporte oder Langzeiteinlagerungen enorm sinnvoll und gewährleistet z.B. eine Ersatzteilgarantie über lange Zeiträume, selbst wenn die Produktion der Teile bereits eingestellt wurde. Das ist nicht nur praktisch, sondern auch nachhaltig, da ungeschützte, verrostete Metallteile nicht mehr verkäuflich sind und so durch Neuproduktion die doppelten Kosten, Materialverbrauch, Lieferwege u.v.m. verursachen. David freut sich außerdem, als Mitglied unseres Familienunternehmens mit großen Konzernen arbeiten zu dürfen. *Überall zu finden* Thomas bereichert bereits seit 16 Jahren unsere IT-Abteilung und ist auch privat ein großer Fan unserer Folien. Im Supermarkt greift er besonders gerne zu Tiefkühlprodukten in Verpalin-Folie. Das geht nicht nur schnell, sondern schmeckt auch den Kindern! Er findet es besonders cool, unsere dickenreduzierte Verpackungsfolie überall im Kühlregal zu finden.
