As part of our anniversary celebration in Gunzenhausen, we honored our long-serving employees for their years of service ranging from 10 to 45 years. Behind these impressive milestones are not just numbers, but many personal stories, valuable experience and a lasting contribution to the development of Verpa.
Appreciation for many years together
The evening provided the perfect opportunity to pause and say thank you. The management team took the opportunity to personally acknowledge the long-standing loyalty and strong commitment.
In many conversations, it became clear how much each individual shapes the company with their dedication – and how strongly our shared path is built on trust, reliability and cohesion.
Genuine connection and shared memories
In addition to the formal recognition, the focus was above all on togetherness. In a relaxed and warm atmosphere, many meaningful conversations took place, memories were shared and past experiences came back to life.
The evening was also a culinary highlight: everyone was able to choose their favorite dish – and over wild garlic soup, roast pork, chocolate cake and many other delicacies, people enjoyed, laughed and spent time together.
The consistently positive atmosphere once again showed what defines Verpa: a family-oriented corporate culture shaped by cohesion, humanity and mutual appreciation.
