Three days of football, fun and new friendships

“If we don’t support the youth, there will be no smart minds in the future.”

This guiding principle of Joachim Baumann is more than just a memory for us – it’s both a motivation and a mission.

As a passionate athlete, Joachim Baumann understood the power of sport: community, movement, fairness, and the uplifting feeling of being part of a team. Passing on these values is close to our hearts – especially to young people.

In his spirit, the Joachim Baumann Foundation provided financial support to enable several children and adolescents to participate in the 1. FCN football camps in Lichtenfels and Dittenheim near Gunzenhausen. The camps are open to all football-loving kids between the ages of 6 and 14 who just can’t get enough of the game. Under the guidance of youth coaches from the 1. FCN Football School, participants had the chance to train like real pros for three exciting days – learning new tricks, experiencing professional-level coaching, and most importantly, having fun with lots of action and team spirit.

We’re proud to make these experiences possible – because every child deserves the chance to grow through movement, enthusiasm, and connection, no matter their financial background.
